Bicycling across Kansas

This will be a about a ten day trip across Kansas, beginning in Elkhart on September 19, 1999. Connie will driving sag wagon.
I will begin posting to this web page the evening of September 18. Each night after that I will put up the photos taken during the day with a description of the day's ride. We can be reached by email during the trip at rpoore@mdbdesign.com.
The trip will roughly follow the old Santa Fe Trail.

Day 1: Elkhart to Ulysses
Day 2: Ulysses to Dodge City
Day 3: Dodge City to Larned
Day 4: Larned to Lyons
Day 5: Lyons to McPherson
Day 6: McPherson to Council Grove
Day 7: Council Grove to Ottawa
Day 8: Ottawa to Harrisonville, MO
