Day's Narrative: Early morning: The predicted weather for today is cloudy with scattered rain and thunderstorms, high temperature in the mid 50s (about 13C). Tomorrow's weather supposedly will be partly cloudy and temperatures in the mid 60s (about 18C). We will layover today here in El Reno.

Late afternoon: Connie and I spent most of the day shopping in a large shopping center in Oklahoma City, The Quail Spring Mall. Oklahoma City is only 30 miles from El Reno.

The weather today was really bad -- horizontal light rain blown by 25 mph North winds most of the day and cold temperatures.

Tomorrow I'll be heading to Shawnee, OK -- just East of Oklahoma City. The weather forecast looks much better than today.
