5. Wigwam Motel in Cave City, Kentucky.

6. Car belonging to Nobody's Girl in Munfordville.

Day's Narrative: This has been a slow relaxing day. Connie and I did our laundry (photo 1), something Connie always looks forward to. As a rule of thumb, if you want to get someone's real feelings on film, make them wait while you do the picture three times and then use the third picture.

We went by the Hart County Historical Museum and saw our friend Mary Willia Branstetter, the curator (photo 2).

My brother Jim Poore (photo 3) arrived about noon from Erlanger Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati.

Photo 4 is of the Presbyterian Church which was used as a hospital during the Battle of Munfordville .

Cave City has a wigwam motel which was build in the 1940s (photo 5) and is still in use.
